- Customers ordering vehicles off the public road do so at their own risk. We will not
accept any responsibility for any damage caused whilst removing waste from your site.
- Cages, Skips, Roll-ons all to be level loaded.
- No fires in or beside containers.
- No asbestos, gas bottles, fridges / freezers or tyres.
- The hirer is responsible for siting containers and accepts full responsibility of its
location
- The hirer is liable for losses, damages or accidents involving containers whilst on
hire to them.
- Terms of hire no more than 14 days, additional charges will apply after this period.
- Payment will be made in full on receipt of invoice for non account customers and
within 30 days for account customers
- No responsibility will be accepted for incorrect items being loaded in to the vans
where no customer presence is available. Booking us to attend in your absence in do so
at your own risk.
- Only Boss Waste Limited staff are allowed to load put vehicles. Should you chose to
assist loading, we will accept no responsibility for any damage or injury to self or
property.
- Any parking fines, PCNS or notices incurred due to being advised where to park,
must be paid for by the clien
